Buckman Open House Tonight!
Here's yet another reminder about tonight's open house:
Session #1: 6:30 to 7:00pm
- Grades K-2 teachers and families in cafetorium with Claudia Mason
- Grades 3-5 families and teachers in classrooms
Session #2: 7:00 to 7:30pm
- Grades 3-5 teachers and families in cafetorium with Claudia Mason
- Grades K-2 families and teachers in classrooms
6:30 to 8:00pm
- Arts team in their classrooms
Sessions will begin on time; prompt arrival is encouraged.
Please note: Childcare will NOT be provided this evening. If you bring children to the classroom, please be responsible for their behavior, practicing polite and respectful listening before entering the classroom. Teachers will be reminding students of these expectations as well.
Buckman Arts Focus Elementary School offers an exciting arts-integrated learning environment for students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Buckman nurtures the whole child and strives for academic excellence through rich experiences in the visual, movement and dramatic arts. Buckman is open for admission through Portland Public Schools’ transfer process.
